香港人做事每每講求效率，無論任何情況，都係『唔洗急，最緊要快！』。每日起身的梳洗工序，都以 9 秒 9 進行，以每日洗面最少 2 次計算，洗面已經洗了超過一萬次，到底，你是為『洗面』而『洗面』嗎? 有否想過『洗面』的細節?
『洗面』的細節︰1. 洗面的重點是清潔肌膚。請緊記洗面是為了清潔肌膚，下次選擇潔面產品時就不要考慮有太多額外功能的。
2. 洗面就如刷牙一樣，即使再趕急，都請花上 1 分鐘的時間，以打圈的手法按摩面部，特別要留意 T-Zone、髮線、耳背、下巴及頸部，肌膚上的塵埃才能慢慢推出。
3. 常見的潔面產品有潔面粉，潔面奶，起泡潔面膏及潔面啫喱，選擇時應按天氣、環境、皮膚狀況而適時轉換。
4. 潔面產品泡泡量的多少跟潔淨度無關，潔面奶亦可以清除面上過多的油脂，假如洗面後非常清爽並有拉扯的感覺，代表肌膚表面的水份亦一併洗走了。
5. 有果酸成份的潔面產品能夠改善黑頭粉刺的問題，但敏感肌膚以及經常接觸太陽的朋友要留意，果酸潔面亦不應長期使用。
6. 常見的毛病還有很多︰起泡潔面膏使用時懶得起泡，洗面時間過短，手勢錯誤等則是常見的毛病。
7. 洗面時不要使用溫水、冷水，也不要太大力搓揉面部，洗面後要馬上抺乾水份，然後拍上爽膚水，這些基本要點已經說過無數次，但你有做到嗎?
