走路減肥法——荷李活明星認為最有效

發哥周潤發於幾個月內瘦了幾十磅,有說是他日行一萬步所致。事實上,不少傳媒常在香港的不同地方拍到他,每次都見他背著背囊的不斷行。很多OL 沒有時間做運動,不如就效法發哥吧,荷李活明星證實這方法是work 的。

秘訣︰1.    要急行,比平常的步速快一點,屬於步行及競步之間的速度。

2.    開始之前先做拉筋運動3.    進行時,全身上下也要擺動,包括手臂、臀步。
