身體護理4 大基本產品

 大部份香港女生都非常重視面部肌膚的護理,但就相對忽略身體的護理程序,除了一個「懶」字,更大原因是認為身體護理步驟煩複。其實只需4 種基本產品,即可做好身體護理的程序,以後再沒有藉口再偷懶!

沐浴是最基本的清潔步驟,但選擇沐浴露時亦不可以馬虎。除了因應個人膚質的需要,亦不妨挑選擁有天然香氣的沐浴露,有助舒緩整日疲憊。
