型住跳!跳住減!在家跳Jazz Funk

看到跳街舞的人那麼有型,大概都閃過一剎念頭想去學的,只不過擔心自己已不是16歲,現在才學會否遲了點?我想說,永遠沒有正確的時間,能夠培養一門集減肥、keep fit、有趣、散發個人魅力和美感於一身的興趣,何樂而不為?

今天不如小試一下!我們邀請了來自Studiodanz跳舞學校的Floria及Rock教大家跳Jazz Funk。這是一種集Pop Jazz、Jazz和Funky的一種舞蹈,舞步相對來得簡單,但對燃燒脂肪和修飾身型都十分有幫助。「少少地」一個八拍,嘗試一下鄭多燕以外的另一個選擇。

先不要被Flora及Rock的強大氣場嚇倒,熟練過後,建立自信,你就是另一位有型舞者。
